Yes. Outside Brisbane and the Gold Coast, the directory lists Tick Tock Escape Room (Toowoomba), The Way Out Escape Room (Gladstone), Escape Rooms Mackay (Mackay), Escape Academy (Cairns and Townsville) and Port Douglas Escape Room (Port Douglas). Several are the only escape room in their town, so book ahead in the holidays.
Because people still search for them. When Escape Rooms Australia can’t confirm that an escape room business is trading, its page stays up with a clear warning and points to open escape rooms nearby, instead of disappearing. If you know it has closed or reopened, email the directory.
